LEGAL FOUNDATION

STANDARD CLAUSES

Please review our standard terms and conditions. These clauses establish the foundation of our transparent service and professional commitment to every project.

SECTION 01

SCOPE OF WORK

The Contractor agrees to furnish all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and services to perform and complete all work as described in the approved estimate. Any alterations or deviations from the original specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders and will become an extra charge over and above the original estimate.

SECTION 02

PAYMENTS

Payments shall be made in accordance with the schedule outlined in the final contract. A deposit is required prior to the commencement of any work. Final payment is due immediately upon substantial completion of the described scope of work. Late payments may be subject to a monthly interest charge as permitted by local law.

SECTION 03

WARRANTIES

Affordable Construction Inc. warrants that all materials provided will be of good quality and that all work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. This warranty remains in effect for a period of one (1) year from the date of substantial completion, provided the final payment has been received in full.
